Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GenX Royal Skill Academy (operated by Ajeet Royal Solution), we aim to deliver transparent and high-quality educational experiences. Because our platform provides instant digital access to educational products, online courses, and live webinar content, our cancellation and refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Live Webinars & Workshops (e.g., ₹19 Masterclass)

Registrations for short-term workshops, live webinars, or special entry masterclasses (such as the ₹19 webinar) are non-refundable and non-transferable once successful payment has been processed, as seating and server allocations are reserved immediately upon payment.

2. Full Courses & Training Bundles (e.g., ₹4,999 Premium Course)

For comprehensive online training courses, refund requests may be evaluated under the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 24 to 48 hours of payment.
• The student has not accessed or watched more than 10% of the video content and has not downloaded any proprietary course resources/PDFs.
• After 48 hours or upon accessing significant content, course fees become non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at info@ajeetroyalsolution.com with the following details:

• Full Name & Registered Phone Number
• Razorpay Payment / Order ID
• Reason for Refund Request

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Upon receiving your request, Ajeet Royal Solution will inspect your account activity and notify you of the approval or rejection status within 24–48 hours.

If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately. As per standard banking and Razorpay payment gateway guidelines, refunds are processed back to the original payment source (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Duplicate Charges / Payment Failures

In case of a duplicate payment or money debited due to a network glitch without order generation, Razorpay automatically reverses the extra amount back to your account within 3–5 working days. You can also notify us at support for quick escalation.
